The Synaura Comp Plan? What are some of its unique features? What is the Straight Line Bonus? Is it better than other Network Marketing Comp plans?
It’s true that a single line comp plan may sound like hype: “Everyone who joins after you is under you”. However, with Synaura’s TRUE Straight Line you benefit in two major ways.
First is from the Straight Line Bonus. If you enroll 5 people in your first 60 days with Synaura (once the software is ready – so you can have a head start if you act now) you will earn 5% on the purchases of the 5 people below you even though you didn’t sponsor them. So if they order a total of $840.00 worth of product every month, you would earn a residual income of $42.00 every month. If some of the 5 people below you do not order product, the associates who do compress up.
If you sponsor just two people a month who order $120.00 worth of product, you would receive $72.00 Fast Start for month one and $48.00 for each month thereafter. So in three months you made $582.00 (total 7 people sponsored) with $258.00 reoccuring just on the people you sponsored and the Straight Line Bonus. Not bad I’d say*.
This does not include all the Bonuses and income from your 2nd through 10th Generation Bonuses (the efforts of those you bring in). The numbers don’t lie. Then there’s the Million Dollar Cash bonus you start getting when you reach the Senior Director Rank. That Cash Bonus is $200.00 no matter how many people are in the Rank. Your OV must be $10,000.00. So by “everyone who joins after you being under you”, all their volume adds up to equal $10,000.00 at some point in time. Obviously, the sooner you join and the better the whole Company does, the faster this will happen. This causes us to work together, be happy for one another and halts any Team competition within the Company.
So as a Senior Director, you need these qualifications to earn the 1% Bonus Pool and $200.00 Bonus Cash: Personal Volume must be $120.00. Personal Group Volume must be $2,000.00 and Overall Volume must be $10,000.00. The Cash Bonuses increase with each Rank, going from $200.00 to $300.00 to $500.00 up to $50,000.00 for Corporate Director and $500,000.00 for Ambassador. so just in Cash Bonuses alone you can earn $1 million bucks.
Plans that say you don’t need to recruit to earn up to $11,000.00 a month are usually Scams or virtually impossible to do. They also don’t have much of a product if any. To be successful in Network Marketing you must consistently work hard at producing results. When you do, you hope to be rewarded fairly and appropriately. Synaura’s Comp Plan does that very well.
